Zen DeBrucke is a visionary leader and inspirational teacher who has spent the last 15 years studying human consciousness and distilling her experience into a philosophy based on what she calls Power Manifestation and the Internal Guidance System.

As a child, Zen seemed to understand instinctively that we human beings create our reality with our thoughts, and she also experienced a deep connection to her own spiritual guidance. Uncertain what this meant for her life, she pursued her studies and work in the world of business.

She graduated from the University of California at Davis with a degree in International Relations focus on Foreign Policy and began her career in the realm of international business, founding an import/export company and then becoming Vice President of International Sales and Marketing for a leading natural products company.

Moving into the fast-growing world of internet technology, she established Commercial Network Productions, Inc., a web strategy and internet marketing firm that later merged into The Netkitchen. During that time Zen was also a cutting edge media expert for Delta Airlines and In-Radio.

Zen then became the CEO of The Netkitchen, an Internet strategy consulting firm where she spent six years creating innovative internet campaigns and properties for Fortune 500 companies including Applied Materials, IBM, Electronic Arts and VISA. She also founded SmartSoul, an organization devoted to ecological consciousness and environmental sustainability.

With the sudden downturn of the global tech market, The Netkitchen foundered, and Zen was left with massive business debt. It was then that she turned to her deep connection to the philosophy of manifestation and to her own internal spiritual guidance. She used the principles she had studied and practiced to resolve her debt situation such that all parties were either paid off or forgave the debt. During this economic downturn, she also successfully consulted with a number of companies in similar situations and began coaching CEOs and executives.

Zen realized, however, that her true calling was to bring her spiritual perspectives into the world to enable individuals and organizations to meet the challenges of today's world. It was time for her to live her life's mission of Connecting people with their divinity, thus empowering them to bring the planet back into integrity.

She began teaching courses in 2002, introducing people to 'Power Manifestation' how we create our reality with our thoughts – and to what she had come to call the Internal Guidance System, a way to access divine guidance on a moment-to-moment basis. In 2006, she founded Ahuma Institute, an educational and global media company whose purpose is to bring the philosophy and practice of Power Manifestation and the Internal Guidance System to a global audience.

As a dynamic and charismatic public speaker, Zen addresses audiences about personal and planetary transformation – how we can become creative rather than reactive in our daily lives as well as more empowered in this time of great change. Recent speaking engagements include the New Living Expo and the Harmony Festival. As an inspired teacher, consultant, and coach, Zen continues to guide business leaders and individuals to success in every arena of their lives. She was recently invited to join the prestigious Transformational Leadership Council, joining luminaries such as Jack Canfield, Lynne Twist, and Michael Beckwith devoted to bringing new leadership to the world.
