The YIN Project has inspired a world-wide movement to bring more Yin - more Feminine Power, wisdom and compassion - to our communities.

Instead of giving women yet another separate ideal to try to live up to, The YIN Project encourages women to become more aware of their Natural Yin qualities, in order to discover their own authentic expression of femininity and power. It is only when a woman is connected to all of her self; her feelings, body, intuition, sensuality, and her internal rhythm, as well as to her larger community and to all of Nature can she start to discern the difference between her own desires and those that are continuously imposed upon her.

Rachael Kennedy has worked in the field of education and training for ten years, as a speaker, trainer and private coach. During her 3 years as Director of Education for the Conversations with God Foundation she developed many programs and courses that were strongly attended and highly praised. She has an international practice as a Life Coach, and now works with women on understanding the importance of the feminine principle in intimate relationships and in shifting global consciousness. From this passion she has created The YIN Project.
